What does the Transaction Services Team do in ING?
Transaction Services (TS) cover the management and provision of trade and cash solutions to ING’s corporate clients. TS team originates, structures and manages traditional trade products such as letters of credit, documentary collections, bank guarantees as well as working capital financing solutions (receivables and payables based) typically on a limited or non-recourse basis. The team equally has ownership and responsibility to bring in liquidity for the bank through Current and Savings account. We work closely not just with the clients but internal stakeholders including, but not limited to Relationship Managers, Sector Heads, Risk Approvers across the global offices in Europe, Asia Pacific and the Americas, etc.
