Job description

The Commercial Support role is responsible for driving operational efficiency and excellence across key commercial processes, including contract management and template standardization. Acting as a central liaison between logistics, finance, and trade teams, this role ensures that all commercial activities are executed with precision, compliance, and alignment to business goals. The position plays a vital part in enabling smooth workflows and impactful stakeholder engagement across the commercial function.

Responsibilities

  • Own the creation and maintenance of commercial agreements templates.
  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end contract process.
  • Coordinate with Logistics, Finance, and Trade to ensure timely execution and alignment.
  • Responsible for new customer approvals.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of contract content.
  • Coordinate and prepare several administrative tasks related to the commercial department.
  • Strategic management of the commercial department’s agenda and activities, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and operational excellence.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related area
  • 3–5 years of experience in contract management or commercial operations and cross-functional coordination (especially with Finance, Logistics, and Sales)
  • Experience in commodities, financial markets, or international trade
  • Experience in physical or financial trading environments is highly desirable; familiarity with electronic trading platforms or structured products is a strong advantage
  • Fluent English is essential
