We are looking for a motivated Student Assistant to join the Shell Biogas Legal team based in Odense. This is a 6‑month temporary position with the possibility of extension. In this role, you will gain hands‑on exposure to in‑house legal work in an international energy company. You will work closely with our Legal Counsels and support the team on day‑to‑day tasks that help ensure efficient legal operations. The role is well‑suited for a motivated student who wants to develop practical skills, gain insight into corporate legal processes, and contribute to a dynamic and collaborative Legal department.

Responsibilities

  • Updating internal legal systems with basic company information (including CVR registration updates)
  • Uploading and organising templates and documents
  • Translating and proofreading simple documents
  • Collecting electronic and wet‑ink signatures
  • Assisting with drafting simple contract amendments
  • Various ad hoc tasks

Job requirements

  • Law student in the second half of your LL.B. (or equivalent)
  • Structured approach to work and analytical mindset with attention to details
  • Problem-solving skills – critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in Danish and English, both orally and in writing
