Job description

Credit Analysts are responsible for providing valuable support to Account Managers to ensure commercial and prudential requirements are met for their portfolio of agribusiness customers. This includes financial analysis and credit writing for moderately complex agribusiness submissions working with stakeholders to meet client expectations.


This is a fast pace, varied role where no two days are the same and each submission is different and unique. We are looking for someone that enjoys communicating and building relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients.

There is sufficient scope in this role to challenge an experience credit analyst as well as developing an emerging analyst – as such graduates or recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

our primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating and dealing with Account Managers via the phone to deliver client outcomes
  • Analysing and interpret financial statements, identifying industry trends
  • Engaging in preparation of loan applications
  • Evaluating credit risks and make recommendations regarding client’s business proposals
  • Developing and fostering strong working relationships with all key stakeholders
