Kick start your career with the Rabo Graduate Program! Our unique 18 month journey is designed to launch graduates into meaningful, purpose-driven roles at Rabobank. You’ll rotate across diverse parts of the business, from collaborating at our Sydney head office, to supporting clients in our regional and rural branches, to potentially taking on an international assignment in our global HQ in Utrecht, all while contributing to Rabobank’s mission of Growing a Better World Together.
Join the Finance team that helps Rabobank to achieve its strategic goals while being a rock-solid bank. The Finance team at Rabobank are the Chief Value Officers and delivering value in everything they do. They are the guardians of long-term value creation and the financial stability of the bank. They are the navigators of financial regulations, tax laws, external developments and reporting. And they are the explorers that help steer the bank’s financial performance and business growth.
As the Finance Graduate, you will gain hands-on knowledge and skills in supporting the business through delivering quality, timely and accurate advice, information, finance solutions and control. Through a range of rotations, you will build expertise across ledger control, financial reporting, business control, and external reporting, gaining valuable exposure to core accounting, financial management, and governance activities.
To develop a well-rounded knowledge of the bank, you will also be placed on three short-term rotations within risk and compliance, rural or regional branch, and operations. Selected Graduates will also be placed on a short-term international rotation to connect with colleagues in our global head office in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
