Location: Krakow, Poland (Hybrid: min. 3 days/week on-site)
Duration: 1 July – 30 September 2026 (3 months, full-time)
Time commitment: 40 hrs/week, 5 days/week — in person for the full three months

Join Shell Business Operations (SBO) Krakow and turn your curiosity into real outcomes. Over 12 weeks, you’ll work on meaningful projects, build in-demand skills, and learn business professionals.

Responsibilities

Where you can join:

  • Finance - Credit Team: Learn how global companies manage risk: credit assessments, customer portfolio insights
  • Finance – Tax: Get hands-on with Corporate Income Tax and VAT/Indirect Tax basics: data preparation, reconciliations, process documentation, and exposure to reporting cycles
  • Customer Operations: Be at the heart of the end-to-end customer journey—from order to service to continuous improvement. You’ll work with KPIs, process enhancements, and cross-team collaboration to deliver a seamless experience.
  • Technical Asset Support (TAS): Support engineers and asset teams with data integrity, maintenance planning, and performance insights.
  • Trading & Supply (T&S): Experience the pace of global supply chains: operational data analysis, logistics coordination, and exposure to risk and market dynamics.
  • Product Stewardship: Help ensure product safety and compliance across markets. Learn the essentials of chemicals management (e.g., SDS, labeling, regulatory frameworks).

Job requirements

  • Technical skills: Excel (pivots, lookups; macros a plus), Power BI – nice to have
