About Shell Trading & Supply (T&S):

Shell Trading & Supply (T&S) is one of the largest energy trading organizations in the world with hubs in The Bahamas, London, Houston, Singapore, Dubai, and Rotterdam.


We support the Shell group through trading crude oil, refined products, low-carbon fuels, power, liquefied natural gas (LNG), chemical feedstocks, environmental products, and freight services in trading hubs around the world. We are active in most energy markets across the globe, sourcing from a wide range of suppliers and selling to a wide range of customers.

Power Your Progress

  • Full day-to-day involvement in actual projects, selected to match your interests and abilities.
  • You’ll join a project team and work alongside Shell employees who are all professionals in their fields.
  • A supervisor and mentor will support you directly to ensure you get the most from the experience.
  • At the close of your internship, you will prepare a presentation about your project, with discussions on delivery and performance by your supervisor and mentor.

Key features of the internship:

  • Typically eight (8) weeks in duration.
  • A real project with a significant level of business impact.

Job requirements

We are looking for ambitious students who are currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution and meet the following criteria:

  • Actively enrolled student at a tertiary educational institution.
  • In your sophomore, junior, or senior year.
  • Minimum Cumulative GPA (GPA) of 3.20.
  • Must have the right to work in The Bahamas.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to absorb information, analyze problems, make objective decisions, and generate original ideas.
