To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Program, you must meet the below requirements:

  • Have graduated prior to your first day at Shell.  
  • Qatari National
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial and Electrical Majors).
  • Must be keen to work in Ras Lafan
  • Male candidates need to complete the national service.
  • Applicants must have no previous experience or current employment.
