As a customer service specialist, you make sure every detail counts. You will oversee the accuracy of commercial documentation and prepare price lists and product quality specifications that reflect our high standards. From creating offers to managing documentation at every stage, you keep the process organized and efficient.

You communicate daily with suppliers and customers, nurturing strong relationships both locally and internationally. Your involvement in meetings with partners and internal teams ensures projects run seamlessly. You will also contribute to ongoing commercial initiatives and interdepartmental discussions that drive contract success.

Keeping our commercial database up to date will be part of your routine, ensuring purchases and sales are always tracked accurately. Collaboration is key, you work closely with colleagues in sales, production, quality, and logistics to deliver outstanding results together.

To succeed in this role, it is essential to be independent, well-organized, and driven by results. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• You have experience in a similar position
• Highly developed skills in planning your work and independence in performing assigned tasks
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office
• You’re fluent in English and Polish
• Independence and good organization of own work and ability to manage own time
