You actively support client pitches, shape tailored Supplier Finance programmes and ensure smooth implementation across global networks. You collaborate with colleagues and clients to deliver impactful solutions in a dynamic, fast-growing international environment.

Responsibilities

In broad strokes

You develop pitch materials, conduct quantitative analyses and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute deals. You quickly identify client needs and translate them into structured solutions, while managing implementation processes end-to-end. This is how you share your talent 40 hours per week as Associate Supplier Finance at Rabobank.

The VCF SF team is waiting for you. It’s up to you to strengthen them in delivering Supplier Finance growth and execution. Collaboration is our way of working; as one energetic and international team within Rabobank. You will work closely with product experts across countries and contribute to a global network.

Job requirements

  • Master’s degree level of thinking and working with experience in finance or consulting and 1–3 years of working experience.
  • You bring a strong analytical mindset with affinity for quantitative data analysis. Depending on your experience, this position will be scaled in grade 8 or 9.
  • Creative problem solver who translates client needs into structured financial solutions.
  • Commercially driven to support client pitches or stakeholder interactions.
  • Proactive and motivated self-starter with a positive and collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.

  • Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 5,030 and EUR 7,183 (scale 09) for a 36-hour work week.
  • Extras: A thirteenth month, 8% holiday allowance, and a 10% Employee Benefit Budget.
