Interfood is looking for an Administrative support officer to join our team in Bladel, the Netherlands. In this role you are responsible for managing and coordinating the flow of product samples for butter, cheese and milk powder products. You support the commercial team in receiving and sending out the correct samples to our customers, to ensure they are aware of the diverse dairy product options when working together with Interfood.

You will be part of the commercial support team, a team of 4. who support the commercial trade department to ensure smooth processes.

• Manage and track incoming product samples
• Maintain a structured workflow for sample handling
• Follow up on missing or delayed samples to keep processes on schedule
• Ensure hygienic and accurate handling of all samples
• Work independently in the sample processing facility
• Use multiple systems efficiently to track and manage all samples
• Prioritize and handle multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
• Physically handle heavy products as part of the job
• Answer questions from the commercial team and update them on the sample process when required

Percentage per activity

• 65% administrative tasks regarding samples
• 35% packing and sending samples

• Experience working with Microsoft Office and easy learner for other IT systems
• Experience with working in a professional office setting
• Team player who is service-orientated and flexible
• Structured, detail-oriented approach and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple sample requests efficiently
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English; you will work in an international environment
• Assertiveness to follow up on missing or delayed samples and a problem-solving mindset to handle unexpected delays or issues
• Strong sense of hygiene and accuracy in sample processing
